… Poppy. We’re all together again at St. Thomas’s. Tracey should be coming home tommorrow with our baby daughter, Poppy Lilian Lyster. When I left the flat it was a mad house, so I’ll have to spend the evening making it nice for our daughter. I want her to like the place.

All’s well

Mummy and baby are both great. Daddy’s very tired and is going home to get the last good night’s sleep for a while. The placenta eventually came out of it’s own accord. Not before Tracey was wheeled to theatre and given an epidural though. Typical.

Our daughter was born at about 11:20 and is all fine. She will need to be kept in for 24 hours though due to having had a little poo before coming out. The placenta hasn’t come out though, so Tracey will need to have it removed manually. Hope that won’t prove too problematic. We’re all […]
